In the three years since XBloome has released their first CD "...Done!", many things have happened:

- Since December 2007, XBloome sometimes also plays an unplugged set with different guest musicians.

- In 2008, a trumpet player joins the band

- June 2008, presentation of the results from the "Happy Rebel remix- and cover-contest"

- Summer 2008, first video "time crisis"

Unfortunately, the release of their new CD "X marks the spot" had to be postponed a bit, because of an accident of a band-member. As an interim solution, XBloome is now releasing a CD containing the remix-versions from the remix- and cover-contest 2008 including three new songs from the new CD �X marks the spot�!

Starting on November 1st, 2009 - that CD will be available as a free download at http://www.xbloome.com, as well as a regular audio CD for 4 �.

If anyone's interested I put new music up there the other day. There's a Muse cover and a cover of Thinking Out Loud. I'm not really sure if it's closer to Emiliana Torrini's version or Chris Corner's version. Somewhere in the middle, really. It's also in a different key (I think) because I couldn't be bothered to figure it out exactly. Apologies.
Anyway.
